About Bee to Blossom

As a fully insured and certified Hatha and Yin Yoga Instructor, Bee to Blossom offers meditation, mindfulness, yoga poses and breathing techniques to help you to gently relax and unwind, with the aim to give you more headspace and balance in life.

 

When we give ourselves space and time to just be with ourselves, we gain more clarity and energy to grow and blossom in other ways; "Bee to Blossom". Creating Space to Be. Creating Space to Blossom.

 

Sarah is also insured and trained in Hypnotherapy to incorporate powerful and life changing guided meditations into your sessions.

A seasonally themed Yoga session in beautiful Disley, Cheshire, exploring a variety of different types of yoga such as Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness, Guided Visualisation Meditation, Nutrition, Sound Healing and Breath-work in collaboration with special guests.

These special monthly classes may take place outside in the beautiful garden, where we can practice elements of Forest Bathing and Mindful Photography.

Each monthly yoga class will be different to the next and the contents of each class will be confirmed at the start of each month on the Bee to Blossom App, on social media and on Eventbrite.

​Includes herbal tea and a gluten free/vegan treat to close.​

Yin Yang Yoga
Fridays

Come join us for Yin Yang Yoga, a balanced practice that combines the calming, introspective nature of Yin with the energising, dynamic Yang flow.

 

Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Yin Yang Yoga session at Ring-O-Bells Lane, Disley, Cheshire. This event is perfect for beginners. Experience the balance between stillness and movement as we flow through gentle poses to calm the mind and energise the body. Don't miss out on this opportunity to find harmony in your practice with small class sizes and connect with like-minded individuals.

Price: £8.50 per class or £35 for a block of 5 classes

Private Yoga Instructor 

Private Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga sessions for 1-1’s, family or small groups in a private setting or in the comfort of your own home, garden, school, play groups etc. Personalised sessions at a time and place that suits you best.

Private sessions are suitable for children. Sarah is a certified Peaceful Babes Yoga Teachers for ages 2-17years. 

Private 1-1 Yoga Nidra & Hypnotherapy Sessions

Yoga Nidra is a type of guided meditation which brings the mind into a conscience pseudo sleep state to reduce cortisol in the body, improve sleep, improve learning capabilities and encourage the same healing benefits as sleep.

​

Hypnotherapy is a personalised guided meditation which relaxes the mind in the same way as Yoga Nidra and once relaxed, suggestions are given to introduce and train the mind into new thought patterns and behaviours which are then more accessible in the normal waking state!

​

This is very useful if you want to be more relaxed, less anxious and more confident in your normal everyday.

It can also help with more specific behaviours like loosing weight, quitting smoking and calming phobias.

​

It’s a myth that it’s mind control, it only works if you want it to work, you are awake and in control the whole time and no I can’t make you do anything silly like dance like a chicken!
